Skills, experience, and qualification required:

Minimum 3 years previous restaurant manager experience

Preferred experience in Japanese food restaurant. 

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities 

Excellent customer service skills 

A true team leader with exceptional management skills 

Ability to demonstrate accounting knowledge

Strong knowledge of Health & Safety

Responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant

Ensure health and safety legislation is being met

Manage stock and wastage levels

Overall financial budget & P&L responsibility

Working with the directors and accounts team to achieve targets

Managing Laboure costs and staff schedules

Responsible for customer experience, ensuring consistent customer service is being delivered at all

Dealing with customer’s complaints
